We are a full service compliance and import company. “Swirl” offers regulatory consulting, storage and licensing services within the alcoholic beverage industry. We have over 100 years of combined experience. The team at “Swirl” has been involved in every area of the beverage alcohol industry. From the supplier side, import side and distributor side, we understand the needs of our customers.
Swirl Bev follows the statutes, regulations, and laws for every state dealing with wine, beer, RTDs and distilled spirits. Our team has just been trained on the new CBMA for 2023 as well. We help customers understand Licensing, Direct Shipping, Franchise, Excise Tax Tables as well as Federal & State regulations.
Our warehouses are in New Jersey and our offices are in New York. We can offer hands-on distribution in NY and NJ. In addition we have distributor partners for California, Florida and Massachusetts. To add to that we also can put you at the table with distributors in a number of other markets: Maryland, Wisconsin, North Dakota, South Dakota and California!!!!!!

Jeff Lieberman
Position
Jeff Lieberman founded Lieber Fine Wines & Spirits in 1998; he and his brother Larry are the owners. Currently, they sell their products in three states: New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. They believe that quality and price drive their business, and working as a team is essential in today’s market environment. Lieber Fine Wines & Spirits has maintained these core values since its inception.
Larry Lieberman
Position
Larry Lieberman founded Lieber Fine Wines & Spirits in 1998 and still runs the company with his brother, Jeff. Larry and Jeff Lieberman believe that quality and price are what drive their business. They also think that relationships and working as a team are a necessity in today’s market environment, which is why they have maintained these core values since the company’s inception.
Roy Daleo
Position
Roy Daleo is a leader in the beverage alcohol industry where he has spent more than 20+ years driving growth for some of the most recognized brands in the world. Starting in the restaurant business with a long tenure at a four star restaurant in the Hamptons he jumped into sales with wine & spirits at Moet Hennessy and Diageo. Moving to management at Winebow and then Cordoniu gained him more experience in the import field. After advising a few successful startups in fintech and spirits he had decided to join with Larry and Jeff to form Swirl Bev Imports.
With his spare time, Roy enjoys researching new companies and advising entrepreneurs. He also spends time mentoring people within the beverage alcohol industry. However, his children and grandchild are his main focus when he is not at his desk.
